Stardust DS is early. That's exactly why the ground floor is worth something.
What Stardust DS is
A universal, self-describing dictionary system — infrastructure meant to sit underneath every dictionary project we build, starting with Stardust, Urban Wolf, and Evolve. It's a small team right now. It's built to grow.
How compensation works right now
Stardust DS isn't incorporated yet, so nobody signing up today is getting real stock — anyone who tells you otherwise before there's an actual company isn't being straight with you. Instead, your contribution gets tracked as a documented founding-contributor commitment: a percentage, recorded and dated, not a legal stock grant. When Stardust DS incorporates, that commitment is the basis for converting into real equity. No contract is being signed today. This is early-stage and volunteer-driven — not a paying job yet.
How we work together
Technical contributors will need a GitHub account — the code lives in a GitHub org, and that's the real shared workspace: everyone with a role sees the same repo, same issues, same history. If you don't have one, they're free at github.com/join.
What we don't do is share one Claude login around the team — Claude access is per person, not a thing you hand out. If your role involves working with Claude (Sage AI, most Technology roles), you'll use your own account, working against the shared code in the GitHub org rather than a shared AI workspace. We'll walk you through this once you're assigned a role.

Tell us your name, email, which division/role interests you, what you'd bring, and — for technical roles — your GitHub username.
We read every response by hand. When a role fits, you'll hear from us directly before anything is posted to the Structure page.
